Unfortunately it seems like his fan base is dwindling due to the bad luck of his independent effort.

I'm a huge Robby Gordon fan, but you're right, we are kinda few and far between.
I think it's awesome what he has been able to do as a single car owner/driver in a time when you need 3 or 4 cars in order to compete. It sucks though because Robby is one the best race car drivers in the world, but he can't showcase his talents because he is in sub par equipment. I really hope this latest crew chief change works for him.

Actually I think he does pretty good for an independent owner. I'm not a big fan but I have alot of respect for Robby and think alot of his bad luck is not of his own making.

I give him props for admitting his mistake with Raines. Raines' spotter should pay for half of Tony's fine just for making the accusation that started the helmet throwing episode.
In a lot of ways, I feel about him as I do Tony Stewart, nice guy off the track, a whack job on it.
Difference is, Tony regulates his insanity better and manages wins.

I am a huge Robby fan, but lately I've been disappointed with some of his decisions. I will always support him though, in anything and everything he races.

If he could quit crashing and calm his temper alittle, boy did Tony Raines blast him today on TV at the busch race.. For a independent in this sport its hard. But he does have quite a few fans out here in calif.

I like Robby a lot more as an single car owner than when he drove for RCR. He has a lot of talent and is the best single car team on the circuit. I root for him to do well every race.

Do you call intentionally wrecking people and getting suspended and not being able to race bad luck? Don't think he had much of a fan base in NASCAR. In dirt maybe, but not here.

I've always followed him as a fan. Hard to say if he can keep going as an independent.

At the risk of tooting my own horn....i met him in fontana and he was totally checking me out...my husband was standing right there and i swear he acted like he didn't even see him!!! he only said hi to me and talked to me!!! if a chick did that to my husband with me standing there i would of been like" oh no she didnt act like i wasnt there...." my husband handled the situation very well but cant stand him....i just laugh cuz it was kinda funny!!!
i dont think he ever had much of a fan base to begin with...he isnt doing so well, dont know if its bad luck from his efforts as an independent driver/owner or cuz his attitude sucks and he has problems following rules & regulations!!! he whines alot too!!!
GO HARVICK & RCR!!!

He's not my fav, but I have always rooted for him anyway. I like him because he's independent and speaks and does what he thinks is right.
