do you agree with having an extreme punishment for illegals, like something realy torturous and disgustingly painful? would you perform the punishment yourself if able to? and why do all those "people" say such extremly nasty things about illegals but then not step up to the plate and awnser THIS question? are they ashamed of themselves? why is that now?

i posted this because i have read several awnsers saying that they do not think the current punishments are enough....oh but i ask THIS question and suddenly those punishments are just fine? who realy needs a reality check?

Because there cowards and fools and can't let go of what they have they are lesser minds **** them they get it all back in the end when there in the last moment religion or none those thoughts will get to them.They are so concerned with labels they lose track of there own identity and so they just label everything for negative reasons so other people will be sucked into there sh1t hole with them.

btw Im a citizen and I agree that this is an immigrant country and should remain one besides outting a bunch

Anyone that would answer yes is a sick excuse for a human being. Quit watching Hostel and Saw and all those disturbing horror movies that seem to be taking the humanity out of you. If you have a problem with someone do things justly and legally, change the laws not the punishment. Its only human to want or strive for better and want to change your environment or situation . If someone has a means of doing that, they will. You should concentrate on ways of keeping people out of the country or making the people who hire them not even consider it. If the opportunities of the country they are migrating to dissapear, it makes sense that then will realize migration isn't an option.

Has a troll or two? Sure. Can you really say that there aren't outrageous trolls on BOTH sides of this coin? We can all name them (but I won't give them any more ego satisfaction by doing so.) Get real.

I am anti illegal immigration--strongly. I'm not ashamed of myself for that. ANd you can't find a single post where I have advocated physical violence.

This question isn't advancing dialogue but fueling flames. We can do better than this. Go read a newspaper and bring something more substantive back to Immigration conversation.

i disagree. You did not create man and you have no right to hurt man. Illegals should be fined and sent back to their native land. Look i don't discriminate against people we are all human beings but my family a couple of generations ago had to go through all the procedures legally that took a long time. Why should some other people be able to illegally get into this country without papers. That's not fair. And although it's not right, physical punishment is Wrong in every way

i might kick *** out! $50 money a week isn't something. Hes fortunate his mom aint making him sleep outdoors. Hes 21, the punishment for no longer paying hire someplace else is an eviction observe. So he desires to evaluate himself fortunate and to boost up and pass out.

I have been on here long enough to be almost at level 5 and I am yet to hear anyone call for tourturing illegals.

Illegals are criminals plain and simple. They broke the law in coming here illegaly and that is not opinion it is fact and fits the definition of a criminal.

We just want them to obey our laws and come here legally. Why is that such a hard concept to understand. If we let them pick and choose which laws they want to obey what law will be next to be deemed "not important"

Laws are there for a reason.

Ine of the reasons is to protect immigrants. Without legal documents for being here and working for an employer who knows they dont have them he is free to treat them how he likes including non safe working conditions I mean who is an illegal going to complian to?

The punishment should fit the crime is the way America deals with (or should anyway) all crimes. If i was caught speeding then i deserve a speeding ticket; If I am an illegal alien then i deserve to be deported.

If called upon to mete out their punishment I most certainly would.


I believe that the punishment should be deportation to their country of origin with a tattoo identifying them as an offender.

Subsequent offenses may be dealt with by violence.

What are you thinking? Would you torture your boyfriend/girlfriend/wife/husband (if they were illegals)?

Instead of torturing them, we need to think harder how we can prevent people to come to the US illegally.... I really think the US government should look at immigration process itself. Why would anyone want to WAIT for 5 years plus to just to immigrate when you can cross the border? The process needs to be revised and shortened.
