The Divine is everywhere. Look at a tree, look at the sky, look in the mirror.
To ask "Where can I find God?" is a question I think you don't really want answered. You want someone to agree with you, to argue with you.
I find God in the Goddess. I am a pagan.
Christ to me is a really cool guy who taught some great lessons, but that is all.

You pray and seek God. The Holy Spirit is your guide. Jesus is your way into salvation, and your way to the Father.
God created man to make more men, He wanted to populate the Earth with creations in the likeness of Him. He wanted them to be little Gods (so to speak) thats why we are all children of God, We are Gods greatest Creation. The garden of Eden was a paradise on earth, far greater then we could ever imagine, Just like Heaven is, and one day we will see that great home that Jesus has prepared for us. We are to live our lives with the knowledge of the eternal promise of Salvation and to always look for the return of Jesus and our eternal life in Heaven with the Father. We must always look and trust in Him. We must keep the Faith, and our rewards will be eternal.
Jesus Christ died so that we that choose to accept his sacrifice could have eternal life in Heaven. Until the sin debt was paid, (by Christ giving up his life for us,) we were all bound for Hell. I am very thankful for Jesus Christ, taking my place on the Cross, and giving up his life so that I might have eternal life.

God will find you.

may I share with you from the Catechism of the Catholic Church:

CCC 1 - God, infinitely perfect and blessed in himself, in a plan of sheer goodness freely created man to make him share in his own blessed life. For this reason, at every time and in every place, God draws close to man. He calls man to seek him, to know him, to love him with all his strength. He calls together all men, scattered and divided by sin, into the unity of his family, the Church. To accomplish this, when the fullness of time had come, God sent his Son as Redeemer and Savior. In his Son and through him, he invites men to become, in the Holy Spirit, his adopted children and thus heirs of his blessed life.

CCC 2 - So that this call should resound throughout the world, Christ sent forth the apostles he had chosen, commissioning them to proclaim the gospel: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, to the close of the age." Strengthened by this mission, the apostles "went forth and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the message by the signs that attended it."

God is everywhere and in everything. God is inside you. Christ is NOT a person, but a level of consciousness; it refers to the superconsciousness. God created people to express more of Him/her/it self; we are all individual expressions of God, but a lot of people don't know/believe that. We are put here on earth to learn lessons and be of service to our fellow humans, until such time as we move on to the next expression of evolution.

The Holy Bible is Gods Holy word, you can start there, Genesis is great reading, God created us out of Love, The Bible says God is Love, Eph 2:4,
But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us. 1st John 4:8,He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. In the book of Genesis it tells about the creation, in Gen 1:26 He says he made man in his image. Now the meaning of Life, In the book of Ecclesiastes 12:13, Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter, fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. This of course was King Solomon speaking, the smartest and wiseist man ever on the planet. Now somewhere around 2000 years ago God sent his Son Jesus to be a perfect sacrifice for our sins, John3:16, For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that who soever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. Jesus came and died on a cross for my sins and yours, We celebrate Easter every year, we celebrate his resurrection from the grave, He was a perfect, his shed blood on the cross forever washed away our sins, Jesus became flesh and dwelt among us. And we crucified him. But he arose and now offers his free gift of salvation to all who will recieve it, Are you ready to saved,Jesus has done all he can, he gave his life, the Bible says that we are all sinners, Romans 3:23, the Bible says that without the sheding of blood there is no remission of sins Hebrews chapter 9:22, just say this prayer and you can accept the free gift, Dear Jesus, I know and confess that I am sinner in need of salvation. I believe you died on a cross at calvery and arose from the grave to wash away my sins, I ask you right now to come into my heart and save me, I pray this Prayer believing in the name of Jesus Amen. If you prayed this prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of God, rejoice that your name is written in the Lambs book of Life. If you have any questions just send me an email, God Bless YOU!!

God, or Christ, if you will, is inside you, or nowhere. Strive to uncover the truth of who YOU are without all the trappings of church, rite and dogma. Its an inside job. Your own truth and not that of some religious "leader" will set you free. Anyhow, its working for me. Good luck my dear.

The best resource for all your questions is the Bible. Read it and ask God to open it up to you. To teach you the wondrous things within.

I found God once. He was sleeping underneath the pickle in my Whopper Jr. I'm still not really sure what he was doing there.
