I have had my pentax k100d. for around 8 mounths and i still need some help learning all it can do and what settings to use to make the picture the best. Are there any Really good sites i could read ?

First, read and study your Owner's Manual. Then, buy the Magic Lantern Guide for your camera. It will really help you understand how to get the most out of your camera.

I like your camera choice - all Pentax K-mount lenses ever made will work on it if you don't mind manual focus and metering.

your manual will be the easiest way to learn your skill with the camera. Find a time to read and understand it. Practice with your camera.

Or if you want to do more, go to a photography class. It will help you a lot.
