i ate a whole container of frozen togurt. in just i half cup there are 20 grams of sugar but there are 9 servings so i had 180 grams of sugar. i also had lots of fruit juice, yogurt, and cereal. i pretty much eat like this alot and get WAY too much sugar from fattening crap. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THAT SUGAR TO BECOME FAT IF I DONT BURN IT OFF. would it become fat immediately or would it take a day or even 2 days? i need to know how long it would take!

fat gains occurs over an extended period of time not on a day to day basis. how much you eat over a period of time (a week) is more important than what is consumed on a day to day basis.

if you need to consume 1500 cals a day to maintain your current weight if you consume 10,500 cals weekly (1,500 daily) you should stay at the same weight.

Unused calories are stored as fat, and simple carbohydrates (simple sugars) are usually converted to fat in the body if they are not burned up...Usually if you eat, and then lay down at night, that is the worst time, because your body is inactive, and has no way to burn the excess calories....Figure it this way...3,500 calories = 1 pound of fat. If you are consuming that much through all the junk food, that calorie count is going higher, and you are going to gain weight!

Two things you need to watch out for:
-Watch what you eat...Eat FRESH fruit, and veggies...oh, and WORK OUT!
-Portion CONTROL! Don't eat as much as you have been doing...You'll only stretch out your stomach, overload on sugar, and gain weight!
