I take a large glass of cold green tea, add a teaspoon of ginger powder, some cinnamon, garam masala (Indian spice), ground basil, garlic powder, mustard powder and cayenne (red pepper). Plus a little sugar or honey to taste.

Green tea has some caffeine but not a great deal but ginger is a natural stimulant and its not as hard on your stomach. As is cayenne (despite misonceptions red pepper is actually good for your stomach lining)

Any suggestions for improvement?

Maybe a little spirulina, lecithin, bee pollen and/or a drop or two of concentrated chlorophyll. I'd leave out the sugar and use the honey or stevia which gives no insulin reaction. If you could get a juicer i'd change the ginger and garlic to fresh and add parsley. You could omit honey, if you had a juicer, and use part of an apple or some grapes, a mango, etc... or a handful of frozen fruit. On a final note, all organic would be optimum.

WATER!
Really, filling your bod with store bought crud is not healthy. Your mixture would make anything dance better!
