My cables got all screwed up and I can't figure out what happened. Any ideas? Thanks.

Call Direct TV and have them resend your information to you receiver. Local channels are at an additional charge but guess you already had them before.

You are probably missing some transponders. Go to the test menu and check the satellite signal to see if all transponders work. A cabling error can cause this problem.

I dont know if you had them before but sometimes you have to pay for them. So if you dont pay for it they dont give it to you. now if you did, then you have to call because you have to ask them for to fix the reciever. Sometimes the settings for the antena moves and then you have to reconfigure them in order to receive your channels again.
