I didn't say ALL but from my experience, no matter how nice, professional, conservative I am, they tend to hit on me aggressively with sexual comments and when I ignore or talk back they become really rude...
...how do I prevent this behavior? I'm really annoyed...

Well...it's not just them...it's a lot of guys.
Mostly guy do it because the women let them.
And 'popular culture' is full of guys disrespecting women...and EVERYONE is OK with it and loves it. Lots of current songs and shows have this type of stuff(and lots of it is black)..and everyone thinks it's great.
How to prevent this behavior.....stay away from guys. Or only hang around the good guys.

same reason why it seems like alot of white men rape women, their just guys rather they are black or white and you can't change that unless you walk around with a guy or dress as a tomboy

lol thats all men. race doesnt matter. although some black men do call you out when you turn them down nicely which is what ive noticed.
