This is so easy you will cry. :)
All you need is:
Your slow cooker
1 chuck roast of choice
1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope of onion soup mix
All you have to do is:
Put your roast in the slow cooker on low. Mix the mushroom soup and onion soup mix in a small bowl to combine. Slather this mixture over the top of the roast. You can let this go all day. Morning till dinner time and it will be ready.
Best part of this recipe is that the soup plus the juices from the meat make an awesome gravy that can be used to top the slices of beef or potatoes or whatever you are serving along side.

I love the 'cottage roll', a cheaper version of 'corned beef' in the crock pot with carrots, onions, bay leaves, salt and pepper....slowly simmer all day...serve with mashed potatoes (and you can use instant if time is a factor)...adding some cabbage to the pot is also very good..do a green vegee on the side too (like canned beans) and you have a wonderful, tasty meal...

Our favorite is corned beef brisket.
Put the brisket in with the seasoning pack. Add 4-6 cups of water and a beer. Then add a quartered red onion, a quartered potato, lots of garlic, black peppercorns, and a few bay leaves.
Just sock it on High all day. It's so tender and just falls apart. And the leftovers are great for making hash!

My favorite is this :
pork roast
salsa
2 small cans of stewed tomatoes
carrots
You can season it as you like. I usually serve it with baked potatoes.
Another good one is goulash. You can find hundreds of different goulash recipes on cooks.com.
