Not at all. I have been told this several times and it means that you have an intelligence and depth of feeling/intuition that is beyond normal. Its actually a huge compliment and takes another 'old soul' to recognise.

Amongst those who believe in the soul, being an "old soul" is supposed to imply that you have been around the block a few times, and presumably, have the experience that goes with age!.
Alternatively , if you do not believe in the soul, then you are just being sold a load of old flannel!
Be well

No, no, not at all. It's a good thing. It means that you seem familar in good way, or that you seem like someone who has been around a long time, or knowledgable beyond your years. Like maybe you are too young to be as wise as you are. It's a good thing, say thank you next time.
