Dogs represents issues which are associated with immorality and sexual immorality. They can be immoral issues which are plagueing you and attacking your mind. But also they can be people who the immoral issues are coming through.

While dreams can sometimes tell you things about your own psychology, they CANNOT predict the future or give you any information not available to your mind already, so don't put too much store by them. A dream like yours could possibly be the result of a fear of dogs, but if you don't have any fear of dogs then it almost certainly means nothing at all, just another dream that you can ignore.
