No there isn't because you need a camara for it to see you.
theres no way that just involes installation you need a camera.

Take many photos from a digital still camera (one frame every second)
or use the movie device on digital still camera

use your phone... email to yourself. borrow a friend's phone. take memory card and paper photo to library and scan photo to card.
