Well, for the past 3 weeks, I've had the same dream over and over, that I am late to work.
I'm never late to work, but every night I've had this dream and it all feels so real.
What could this mean?

Repeating dream motif lets you know the issue at hand is important and should be addressed asap. According to the dream_dictionaries--being late could mean--"Needing to shelve something for a while and revisit it later, or something that is fresh, hot off the press, the latest; for example; thus the meaning of being late in a dream could be ambiguous; however, your statement "I am never late to work" is clear, thus the issue at hand is your WORK, but not the one you are never late, so it needs analyzing further.
Work could also refer to other activities--your duties, responsibilities, undertakings, needs, goals, or housework, for example. Which "work" is lagging behind? Are you allowing enough time for your personal growth, for example? Please meditate or day-dream on these issues and your dream message shall become clear as a bell. Good luck!

It's probably a fear of getting in trouble with the authority figures in your life. I have a feeling you're the type who is very responsible and never gets in trouble.

Perhaps something else in your life is in need of attention. Try thinking about other things in your lfie besides work, its causing you anxiety.

maybe you are running 'late' in some work project or late in comparison to your colleagues and you are anxious about that.

it could mean that you (subconciously) hate your work or something at work is bothering you.
