In all career fields you have a few bad apples, and I use the word few.
In all of my years on patrol in precincts and highway patrol I never pulled any over due to their looks unless they were comparable to a pedigree of a wanted individual(s).
The main factor is it is not all that easy to actually see someone while you are traveling in a vehicle at a sustained rate of speed.
With all the locker room chatter I heard during my 20 years as a police officer I never heard anyone ever say that "they pulled a vehicle over due to attractiveness."
No - we do not get phone numbers, at least not in the NYPD. I have seem more women pull over to speak with an officer, or offer up their own phone numbers, but not the other way around.
If a woman ever propositioned me - that was the worst thing to do and actually warranted a summons for another infraction (i.e. no seat belt if they weren't wearing one). I even had a woman flash me so I wouldn't tag her - in the end she got 2, pled guilty and never came to court whereas that action would have been added into testimony.
Most importantly outside the violation for an unjustified stop, another rater hit the nail on the head - a smart cop would never do that and put his career on the line for something as imbecile as that - and if they did they do not deserve to wear the shield!

No, for one thing, that's wrong and unfair to all the unattractive people in the world. Another thing is that in many departments, the officer is also wearing a transmitter that provides sound to the video camera in the cruiser. The moment an officer turns on his/her emergency lights, it automatically activates that cruiser camera and transmitter. The transmitter is a little device that is usually carried in one of the pockets. In departments that have cruiser cameras, they have someone doing camera audits, and an officer would get in trouble for letting someone go like that. I'm more likely to let any person (male/female) off with just a warning if they are cooperative, have no active warrants, and their license, registration, and proof of insurance are current. In fact, I'm pleasantly surprised when that happens and I'm very happy to let that person go with a warning.

You mean are they going to make an illegal traffic stop and risk their career, and possible jail time to talk to some woman? No
Does it mean when an "Attractive" woman is pulled over and doesn't get a ticket that is the case? Nope, I know a lot of officers that hate writing tickets and pretty much only give warnings.

No. A Police Officer would be putting his job in jeopardy if the person complained about the unjustified stop.
