Would like to know what dream means. I am 33 yo and I dreamt of having sex with my ex girlfriend. I have this new girl that I am dating that i am crazy about. What is the reasoning behind this dream of my ex? I dont want her back in any way. Tell me about symbolism in dreams and I am very upset for dreaming of my ex. Please explain what dream means with sources cited, thanks :-)

Dreams are about emotions, and their conflict with thought and trying to reconcile the two. A first relationship hits deep emotions, but the ex may not be a match otherwise. Actually no one is until you get it right. The libido won, as usual. Now it's even more complicated. It might be better to follow your head this time, but it might be your libido again telling you, you're repeating yourself. Actually I would look at my profile and study Emotional Intelligence which leads into intuition and deep access to the mind and it's sense of the universe. Not a bad deal. It's the inner sense omitted in empiricism, which is founded on five senses. Ridiculous. You should use that subconscious, higher sense or what ever you want to call it. A five wheeled truck that's supposed to have six wheels is better than omiting at least sixteen percent of all knowledge, but it's worse than that as the subconscious is the integrater of it all the senses. Study those, EI and then intuition, and you can fix anything in yourself, the previous relationship, should you choose to, or future and present problems in the current one. A man really should do that to be worth his salt in a relationship, you might say. Probably most men don't carry their weight emotionally and women claim they have two children instead of one to take care of. You need to be way ahead of the game and not lagging wondering what's going on, no offense, that's almost the definition of a man. lol The aspect of EI you'd be interested in... well all of them, but family relations, maybe its use in counseling, are good. Sports, life is like a game. Business, it's like a business. People skills, networking, it's all good.
