I have been taking levoxyl every day for the last four years, is it possible for me to start experiencing some of the side affects now?

I did. I started having swollen ankles. Off to the doctor. Turns out the blood pressure meds I had been taking for five years were the problem. Change of meds and the ankles are fine again.

it is possible to experience side effects after originally taking the drugs. our bodies change over time and with that so does its needs. i would advise you to speak to the prescribing physician the faster you get it taken care of the faster you can go back to normal.

Yes, your bodies needs can change over time, or your body can 'get used to' the drug and metabolize it instead of using it properly. Tell your doctor
