I agree with an above answerer, the first one looks like a Keeshond, but the second one definately looks like a panda bear cub to me.

I'm not sure if those pics have been altered but the 2nd pic looks like a Chow Chow (except for the two-tone colouring). Chows along with Shar-Peis, are the only dogs to have blue tongues (which one of the pics in the 2nd link shows). I have had 4 chows and they are great dogs (depending on where you get one from though!) They are cute and cuddly but grow to be quite big. (Those pics are only pups.) They are solid in colour usually (sometimes shaded).

I have no clue about the first one, it must be some kind of mix.
About the second one, it looks awsome, but keep in mind there are also things such as hair coloring for dogs. This might be the case!
In order to get a mix like the first one, you need to have some connections with the ppl that breed them.

dog #1 looks like a Pomeranian very cute
dog #2 looks like a little panda bear. Is his tongue purple? Maybe a chow chow

Those are sooooo cute. The firt one looks to me like some type of furry husky..... the second one looks like a panda bear. I am not sure what type they are. The second one looks to me like a panda than a dog.
