Found a recipe, if you want to make your own

You can usually find them in up-market delicatessens, or in the sort of foodie shops attached to good garden centres; it's a shame you almost need a mortgage to buy them, so I shall try the recipe site suggested; have tried to make them once before, but it's very long and involved, and actually they don't taste as good as the expensive ones you buy.

Hopefully as wildrose says you can find them in Waitrose. If not you are looking at a daytrip to Calais. it's not so far.
