Complicated: Accepting that I can only change me, and the outcome of the actions of others is mostly totally out of my control.

Kudos on the original question:
1) Three things that are complicated. One of them is a friendship that I've had with someone since I was 14 years old. For many years, she was nothing but nice, but now, beause I have moved onto a part of my life that she doesn't like, she doesn't want to have anything to do with me. However, I continue to be kind to her. She, continues to be rude to me. It's complicated. It's complicated to deal with some of the people I work with. Not all of them are horrible people. I am in no way downing someone that isn't a Christian. However, there are SOME people I work with that are so outspoken about the lives they lead -- many of them including things that really are not legal. I am not apt to being around people like that, so many times, I don't know how to respond to them. I cannot really think of a third one unless you wish to count my finances. Sometimes my job just doesn't make enough to pay the bills. That's hard to deal with -- mentally and spiritually.
2) It is easy for me to keep a good prayer life. For a while, this was actually something that I didn't care much about. Yes, I claimed to be a Christian, but to be honest, I didn't pray more than once a week. Now, I live my life as a prayer -- I keep a constant conversation going with God and it gives me great preace. The reward of peace makes it an easy task. It's easy to ignore some people. I would rather ignore some people on here and in life than let them anger me. I don't want people to have that much power over me. It's easy for me to sing. God gave me a gift to be able to raise my voice is sweet accord. It's not really something I have to take a great amount of time to perfect. It's a gift from God.

3. Relations with birth family but I work very hard because I love them too much to 'give up'.
