I intentionally totally misquoted a scripture and bent it to mean what I wanted it to mean and not one of you caught it.
No wonder peoiple laugh at you.

Stop it. A mere 4 people responded to your question. You didn't exactly perpetrate a mass con-job. Keep in mind 1 is an atheist, who by the way didn't catch it. I thought atheists knew the Bible better than Christians?

To your first question, I have no idea. I've been spending my entire life trying to find out and have yet to get an answer.

To your second statement, I don't actually read the Bible because I don't believe in arguing with scripture. You're not supposed to incorrectly use a Bible verse just to prove that you are right. Most people on answers misquote the Bible anyway so I ignore almost al Bible verses instead of wasting my time reading them. (And considering your history I would have browsed right over it) It's only important that you understand the Bible and I do. Apparently I do very well too because I can hold my own with you who has obviously read the Bible more than I have.

People laugh at me because I'm funny. (I'm funnier than you are)

To aintmyfault, How do you 'know' she had other kids? And please don't refer to the phrase where they identify Jesus as the brother of so-and-so. (Can't remember the name). Who's to say Joseph didn't have a kid from a previous marriage? Who's to say they weren't cousins because in Hebrew brother and cousin are the same word? You don't 'know' that for sure and until you can prove it false Mary will be considered a Virgin. (And since it's not possible to prove it will stay that way.)

Also, I don't see why you're not happy I reached level 4. (Unless you're seething with jealousy which I highly doubt) You helped me get there. (The main reason I keep answering your questions) You never give the best answer to anyone so I always go and vote for myself. You also helped me get my best answer rating at its all time high (15%). I appreciate it even if you are an unhappy person and expect me to be unhappy just because you are.

didn't see it; but, went to your profile and pulled it up ... at least I think this one you refer to:

"How does the virgin birth fit in to Genesis?
God took a rib from Adam and made a woman. He then said "they will become one flesh""no exceptions". "

If so - I can understand why only 4 answered it so far ... it makes little sense.

Yes the rib was taken from Adam to create Eve - and what I think you are missing here - is that when man and woman are married and consumate the marriage ... THEN AND ONLY THEN do they become ONE FLESH. The woman's body chemical make up completely changes from the body fluids of the man and her flesh actually changes and becomes at one with her husband.

What you are speaking of about Yahshua's birth or of a virgin that was a mistranslation ... then again - the Pope still thinks that Mudder Mary is still a virgin even after giving birth to several brothers of Yahshua ... she is still a voygin ... yeah -

maybe you are talking of another scripture or something?

sorry if so - I just don't have time to look at all your asked questions to figure it out - but;

I promise - if I ever see you misquote scriputre or bend it ... I will correct you on it and call you down to the earth.

Believe it or don't...

Peace;

Sorry I missed that.
However, I wonder what would compel you to intentionally misquote scripture?

I'm sorry. Maybe no one was paying enough attention to you.

"peoiple" are like that sometimes.

1. you should post the link so people can see it.

2. i looked, and if you're referring to the "adam and eve" question, most of the people answered with something like "what are you talking about?" with the exception of the guy who said "i'm an atheist, it's a fairy tale"

Sorry, didn't see your misquote. Anyway, find something more worthwhile to do besides misquoting anything.
