Since Jesus promised the Holy Spirit at the end of John 15 and in the midst of John 16, I would say yes. Also because I have been struck with that presence.
So yes. A Christian can, I did.

Absolutely. Where there is a valid Episcopate and Apostolic Succession, Christ is Truly and Really Present in the Most Holy and Blessed Sacrament of the Altar; The Holy Eucharist.

Yes. The Lord brought us here so we could become like Him. We are spirit sons and daughters of God. He wants us to become like Him, to have all the power and glory that He does, but we were brought here to gain bodies, like He has, and to prove that we were worthy of His glory. We can always experience the presence of our Father in Heaven, but we must show that we are worthy.

exciting query. normally, definite, I journey great excitement in His presence. whilst i flow to Him in repentance, i've got faith ashamed, yet that may not via fact he's made me sense that way. I continuously sense enjoyed and forgiven later on. I had an journey approximately 7 months in the past that replaced all that, nonetheless. i myself heard the Lord's voice (no, i'm not loopy). i replaced into shaking uncontrollably all day. It did not scare me, in line with se, via fact the message replaced into beneficial, in spite of the undeniable fact that it fairly opened my eyes! here day, i replaced into definately thoroughly happy whilst reflecting on the journey. until that element, i replaced into unaware His presence would desire to provoke the different emotion than excitement.

Absolutely, God inhabits the praise of his people.
There are many in the bible that have stood in the presence of the Lord.
We can in prayer, in praise, in our car, in church, at the beach. God desires us to be in his presence.

Absolutely.
He is with you, always, even until the end of the world.
He will never leave you or forsake you.
His sheep KNOW His voice and He knows them...
However, there is a CAVEAT:
A stranger's voice they will not follow.
In other words, there ARE "stranger's voices"...if it were not so, Jesus would have told us.

He is with us even when we are being prideful, self-righteous, when we are exalting our self.
We feel his presence when we humble ourselves.
