Hmnn how about you zip tie his hands and legs together, Smother him in horse blood and tie a rope around his waist, attach that to a block and tackle, place him just high enough off the ground that a pride of near starving lions can barely reach him. Start very slowly lowering him into the pride until they yank him down and finish him off.

If you really think that I am serious about this than your more disturbed than you thought I was! There is a great difference between what we would "like" to see happen and what we "know" will happen. We were asked to be creative and most of us were. To those who say that to do these things would be stooping to their level, I say this: Learn the difference between fiction and non-fiction.
The Asker was clearly disturbed by what they saw in that video and was seeking reassurance that we all felt the same. That they asked us to be creative proves that they realize that this is a fictional writing assignment.

Ok. Hang the man upside down in a tree and tie the dog right there under him with just enough room to jump up and reach the man. Peel the mans skin and let it hang just within reach for the dog to jump up and reach. The man should still be alive and aware at this point, just in a lot of pain. Then climb the tree and get the dogs attention and say, "here kitty, kitty, kitty." And let the dog jump up and pull the mans skin off bit by bit. I think that would be perfect punishment for the man. And it should be given by the dog as he was abused too, by being fed in this way.

Animal Cruelty- especially something this unthinkable and
insane- should be a felony offense with mandatory jail time up to 5 years, restitution (fine) in the form of payment to Humane Society, and lifetime probation banning him from owning any animal or he gets arrested again.

What he did was horrible. It is inconceivable that someone could be cruel enough to do something so desipcable to a helpless animal. I can think of many, many horrible, painful things that he would be deserving of. HOWEVER, doing those things would just reduce me to the level of the trash he is. What we should do as a country is increase the penalty for animal abuse. Child molestation, animal abuse, and rape should all carry the death penalty or life in prison.
