Had a one night stand with a nice guy last week, he entered my phone number on his cel before i left his place, then after 10 hours, he called and said he wanted to make sure i got home safe. We talked on the phone for about 5 minutes. Do you think he likes me?

There is a very good chance that he is thinking about you a lot. Usually after a one night stand the boy will never really want to see the girl again. So if he called to make sure you got home safely, then it may mean more and he may want to see you again. If you have interest in him, keep your options open but do not try to push the situation. well, it could be that or he's just being nice and making sure you are okay. If he calls again try to figure out the situation between you and him. Usually guys dont do what this guy did so it could mean something but at the same time might not be.

Think it was as you stated a one night stand. He may be around for additional nights like this bit that's as far as this relationship will go at present.
