Evidentally you have got it twisted. As we can see in the bible God has been existing for eternity before there was a beginning. Always. Now about the God's god thing. God created us no one created him. God's god is no one. As we can all see in the bible it says that there is nothing above god in the bible, if you take time to get to know your bible you would'nt have too ask these questions,why i say these things is if we don't take time to read the bible or go to a church you won't even think one day in your mind this question. A recomendation "Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness". Now the reason this is a recomendation is because they dont take things out of the bible and change them, so in other words "they keep it real." So keep it real, keep it real, and study your bible. And one day, maybe one day you will hear this at your door "knock knock". And that will be the answer to your question and many more!!

The answer is simple. The God of our Heavenly Father is His Father. It is uncertain if our Heavenly Father prays to His Father.
Curiosities such as this only gets in the way of following the true precepts of Jesus Christ, which is repentance of sins, baptism, and the laying on of hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost.

jehovah GOD had no beginning and he has no end. he always existed and through his son jesus christ he created all things. he does'nt have to pray to anyone. he has everything and hes almighty. theres no one greater for him to pray to. get a bible and look up psalms:83:18. hope this helps.
