I broke up with my ex like 2 weeks ago, and neither of us are really ready to be back together now... at least what she says is "not anytime in the far future" ... so i dont know what to do. she pretty much left me for another guy that has been chasing her for over a year.

obviously love doesn just go away, and i realize that i dont even WANT to be with this girl, but how do i stop thinking about what she may be doing? I always wonder what her and this guy are doing and i get myself all upset...

Omg I had the same problem. I used to go out with this one girl who I thougth was the the one. But she ended up leaving me for another guy who was chasing her as well. It really sucks. It took me like a year to get over her. I know how you're feeling. What I did was try to focus on other things. Like do something a hobby or get a job. Meet new people as just friends to get your mind off of her. You're not going to forget about her anytime soon but I know as time goes by. You'll eventually get over her. Sorry to hear she crushed your heart. Good luck.

get an animal or a hobby, if you get an animal you could get a horse if you have the money, or you could learn something new like a new language and then try taking you and some family there, or you could just forget the past and be friends with that girl. the ideas there that may work best for you are to get an animal like a horse or just becoming friends with her(girls like that, it can mean that you still care for her!)

It sounds to me like she's fallen out of love with you...if that's the case then you definately've gotta enable her flow on or your merely gonna make her lead a life-time of misery...I advise you first locate out from her what her emotions are in direction of you,and in case you dont get the solutions your finding for then enable her flow on,or you will the two finally end up depressing for something of your lives and no person merits that.

Since you're apparently in college, find a class, a group, a hobby or a sport and concentrate on other things. Time will erase her from your conscious thoughts if you find something else to do. If it upsets you, why do you dwell on it?

Find yourself another girl. You're still thinking about her because you care for her and you shouldn't. So rid of your feelings for her. It'll be tough but to be happier, you need to do it . Get interested in others.

Tell her your true feelings and how sensitive you are to this issue.
Tell her how much you care about her and her happiness and that whatever happens between her and her bf, that you'll be there to support her.
This will make you feel a lot better.

You probably won't stop thinking about her for awhile. It just takes time, but try to occupy yourself with other activities.
