It doesn't have to mean anything...it's kind of like a nickname. If your brother calls you that - be thankful that he thinks well enough of you to call you that, instead of something insulting.

Kiddo is an affectionate term used by an Adult to a younger person.

I'm 27 and my brother is 30. he still calls me kiddo he always has. Your brother probably doesen't know it bothers you, so ask him not to...Anyways he probably calls you this because you're his sister and is protective of you and loves you because you're younger he doesen't know how to say so, so don't let it bother you.

I think it's a form of endearment........... it's a good thing........ never a bad thing.......... take it and run, knowing your brother is giving you the best form of affection, a nick name just for you.........
