I have seen this girl about for around 2 weeks and I really like her, we haven't really spoke, from Monday to Wednesday we kept staring at each other in the eye but since Wednesday she stopped, I know that eye contact can be the signs that someone fancies you, I am trying to keep looking at her so she knows that I fancy her, I want to go talk to her but I don't know what to say, I don't really want to just go over and say Hi because there won't be much else to say, if anyone can come up with a good line to talk to her with, 10 points are on their way to you!

Go over to her tell her she looks very nice today, and i really like you a lot, can you and i go out sometime.... then take it from there, talk about the times when the both of you had eye contact, and i can tell you like me a little, this small talk will keep moving as long as she's talking back with you.....

She isn't staring at you because she is shy.. maybe thinks you don't like her because you haven't said hello yet!
Life is short... Go up to her, tell her you've been meaning to say Hi.. ask if she's new around there.. if so, ask where from, and the rest is up to you.. just be yourself..

Ask her what room one of your lessons is in and pretend you forgotten
Or if you spotted something new shes wearing ask her if she is and compliment her
I would suggest just saying hello, which lesson is __(my example- Art) in, and oh have you got a new (My example: Hairstyle)? It looks really nice!
Talk to her friend and maybe get her to tell the girl u like to go out

sounds like she likes you but has given up as she is waiting for you to go to her! Try getting her number of someone and txt her! (easier)
