About 50 in apple and 95 in banana depending on what the actual size is. There is a chart below that talks 100g fruits.

I always think of them both as about 100 calories just to make thinking about it easier.

approximately 100-120 for the banana; 80-130 for the apple.
(medium is relative. a banana that is about 6 in. is 120 cals. an apple with a 2.5 inch diameter is 80 calories.)

Banana about 150 but a very high sugar content. An apple around 100 and less sugar.
