They state it is their most important meeting of the year and do it annually, on the Jewish date for Passover, after sunset. Millions more attend this one meeting than any other and they make sure they do a head count and also count who partake of the bread and the wine. Last year it was around eight and a half thousand, out of 16 million or so who attended.
In most congregations world wide there is not a single JW who partakes. In a very few congregations there are several who partake. Where no members of the 'anointed' class are present, the plate and the cup are silently passed around from one hand to the next, nobody partaking. Prior to this Memorial, as they call it, Watchtower articles are published stating very clearly who JWs say should, and should not partake. They do everything they can to keep the number partaking going down every year (as this accords with their doctrine about the 144,000 and a 'great crowd' class 'discovered' in the early 1930s) but in recent years it's been going up! They are trying to deal with this theological contradiction and I eagerly await their explanation. An honest one would admit that a numeric limit on those anointed with the Holy Spirit is unbiblical (as per Paul's analogy of the seed of Sarah and Hagar.)

Supposedly only those who believe they are one of the 144,000 Will partake in the celebration around the time if Christs death/Resurrection.
The only celebration you will recognize is "The Memorial," of Christ's death. During this memorial, which occurs only once a year, you will not be allowed to partake of the bread and wine unless you are of an elite class of 144,000 Jehovah's Witnesses called the "anointed."

That depends on the hall [church] some have been chosen to rule with Christ in heaven part of the 144,000.
Revelation 5:10 and you made them to a kingdom and priests to our God and they are to rule as kings over the earth.
That is those who go to heaven to be spirit persons and rule with Christ Jesus. On what you call passover we call a memorial of Jesus death. Or Easter time. We have a large service in which I think it was 16 million people gather to celebrate the resurrection of Christ. Those who are of the 144,000 partake of the emblems of bread and wine.
But they pass it through all the crowd so anyone who wants to may partake of it. WE follow the lead of Jesus Christ and he celebrated the passover once a year.

...Jesus did not put a "number" to the amount of time... He said "as often as you do this, do this in remembrance of me"... The Cult of the Jehovah's Witnesses has "skewed" Gods Word and Scripture to the point of complete nonsense.
(What can you expect from their H.Q. in Brooklyn NY)
