A 16 year old 5'4 gymnast is?

Based on me at 125 lbs, what would a good weight for me to aim for be?

since you are a competitive athlete you should be at a "healthy" weight for optimum performance in your sport. personally I wouldn't tell you to lose any weight.

i dont think there is anything wrong in your weight
your weight is normal calculate youy BMI is normal 21.5

but I think you are healthy..

it's better to measure yourself than to weigh..
when you weigh it's composed of fat, muscle and water weight.
When you measure you see the progress.

personally, i think thats the perfect weight for you. i dont think you should go any lower.
