Hi Opinionated. I believe that God can heal through any sincere believer in Christ. Man does not possess the power to heal anyone. Everyone seeking healing in their life must have faith in God.
The test of a true prophet is their commitment to the word of God.
They should also profess Christ as their Savior, keep his Commandements. This also includes honoring God's Holy Sabbath(Saturday) in accordance with the word of God.
Isaiah 8:20
"To the Law and to the testimony, if they speak not according to this word it is because there is no light in them".
Miracles are not the only sign of a true prophet. The Devil himself has the power to perform miracles. This was clearly demonstrated when Moses rod turn into a serpent by God's power. Then Pharoah's rod turned into a serpent by Satan's power. God's serpent destroyed Satan's serpent.
Have faith dear friends in God.
