Moses did not live at the time of Jesus but if you read the Gospel passage of the Transfiguration you will find that Moses and Elijah appeared beside Jesus and spoke with Him, this signifies the divinity of Christ who fulfilled the Law and the Prophets.
Other than this you fail to grasp the fact that the Trinity is one God but three divine Persons and before His coming to Earth the trinity spoke as one God.

The doctrine of the Holy Trinity was not fully revealed until the coming of Jesus Christ.
The Isrealites worshipped the true God, but only in one person. Christ came and the Holy Spirit was given, and threefold nature of the Trinity was then revealed.
There are some "types" and clues in the Old Testament of the Trinity but not the full revelation.
For example - when God created the world He said "Let US make man in OUR image." He was talking to someone else, the other persons of the Trinity.

God's revelation is progressive. Throughout the Old Testament, there are prophecies about the Messiah. One clue: "Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness." This hints at the plurality of persons in the godhead- the Trinity, if you will.
