a Rut Weilder???? is that a new breed of dog??? or do you mean a Rottweiler? If he's always scratching himself either he has fleas or he has food allergies and you should change food. Has he been to the vet?? has he been diagnosed? Get him in to a vet and have them diagnose him, in the meantime give him a benedryl tablet if it's not fleas, if it's fleas give him a flea bath and put on a flea prevention medicine like Frontline.

If your talking about scratching the furniture and all...

I have one also I used a squirt gun every time he did this... it took a coule weeks but he dont do it anymore...dont know if this will work for yours though but thought I'd let you know good luck!

If your talking about scratching itself, he prolly has fleas or skin irritaion b/c this is the time of year for it. shampoo him with a doog dog shampoo and if it continues CALL the vet first

um if you use a squirt bottle of some sort, it usually works, or say "Wrong!" then put him in the create for "time-out" for a couple seconds like 10. they also have this sticky stuff you can put on your furniture and after a little while they learn not to do it. we used that for out cats. but the create thing works... we use it all the time at the doggie day care that i work at.

Have you tried taking him to a vet for a skin scraping? or some Frontline?
Rotties could have allergies too if he is mainly biting at his feet and legs.
