I've smoked about 10 in the past 2 weeks. They are light in strength. Will it be easy to stop smoking them? I fear I will get addicted and don't want to waste my life away.

I'm not gonna consult anyone...I'm only 14. (You would be flabbergasted to know how any people smoke, or have tried smoking at my age. I have friends who have taken it up at 11...yes....11!)

Yeah, I completely realize I don't want to be messing around with cigarettes, that's why i'm quitting. Personally, I think the buzz is nice and claming, BUT...it's nowhere near the years it knocks off your life and the health benefits...I saw my grandma suffer in the hospital weezing not being able to get in air and she died...I think I should learn from that..

I wouldn't say you're addicted yet but if you keep going, you will be. Stop now, it's not worth it. Not just their cost but long term effects. There is no safe cigarette.
I'm 56 and have had pancreatic cancer for two years. If I'm lucky I have about 10 months to live and it's not going to be a pleasant 10 months. I've had pain all along, lost too much weight and soon no amount of drugs will be able to stop the pain. Not a pretty way to go out. Smoked from the age of 16. You don't want to go out this way. Stop now. You're probably young and think you're somehow special and things like this won't happen to you but it happens everyday and to people a lot younger than I am.
If you continue, one day you may have some kind of cancer and I want you to think back to the day I told you to stop. If you stop now, you'll never have to think about that.

It's important that you realize that an addiction will get worse as time progresses, if you don't want to waste the rest of your life yo-yoing on and off of cigarettes you need to stop smoking as soon as possible.
The only way to find out if you are addicted is to stop smoking. If you find you can't stop thinking about when your next cigarette will be than you have already built up a dependency on them.
You should try giving up cold turkey (without using any kind of substitute), - lol if your too young to consult anyone I would stick with reading stories about peoples who's lives have been ruined by smoking - families have been ripped apart by cigarette caused deaths!
Hope this helps!
(Besides, I know what your talking about I'm only a couple of years older than you. Quite a lot of people at my school smoke too and its not nice. Girls are put off by the disgusting stench of smoke that follows smokers around. You do not want to be the guy that the girls are talking about for the wrong reasons!)

I seriously doubt that you could be addicted at that level of smoking, but cigarettes are like the old Lay's Potato Chip commericials. Eventually you get to the point where "Bet ya can't smoke just one..." One every day or two, becomes one every day, then 4 every day, then... You get the idea. Every smoker said at some point, "That won't happen to me." Stop now before you fall into that trap.

Nicotine, an ingredient in tobacco is addictive. After 10 cigarettes you are not likely to be addicted, but don't play with cigarettes at all if you don't want to get addicted! See the movie, "Thanks for Smoking" and you will learn about how insideous the addiction is.

You will become addicted to them. I would quit right now if you want to have an easier time of it and not get many of the horrible diseases that are possible because of tobacco.

no, you are not physically addicted yet, and unless it's a psychological thing, like you think they make you look cool, then you should be able to stop now with no problems.
not later though. now.
