We have a male dog that like to 'ride' or 'hump' blankets, and pillows. Do female dogs exhibit this behaviour?

absolutely! I have a female cocker spaniel/beagle mix. and she humps her giant teddy bear toy all the time.

Yes they do...by all means. The behaviour in dogs is a display of dominance and not necessarily a sexual display. Stop the behaviour, it will cause problems with pack hierarchy.

Yes they do it as well as the males. It's a dominance thing.
