9/11. The United States, I hope.

It could be 28 minutes from now or 280 years from now. When the superpowers square off against each other in two camps, then come back and we'll talk world war.

Until then, just think regional conflicts, wars between rump states, proxy wars and brinksmanship. If you recall the Yom Kippur War in 1973, a coalition of Arab States (Egypt, Syria and Jordan) were soundly defeated by the Israelis. That was a worse situation than the current conflict and it didn't raise a blip on the world war radar (not that it didn't have the potential to spark a global war).

The next World War will involve a nuclear exchange, how could it not. In the first 30 minutes, nearly a billion people will have been vaporised, mostly in the US, Russia, Europe, China and Japan. Another 1.5 billion will die shortly thereafter from radiation poisoning. The northern hemisphere will be plunged into prolonged agony and barbarity.

Eventually the nuclear winter will spread to the southern hemisphere and all plant life will die. You ask when is the apacolypse, you are asking when will we commit global suicide. My answer is it won't happen soon because the larger superpowers are more rational than the rump states in the middle east.

Our biggest risk is an accidental launch of nukes by one of the nuclear powers.

The final world war will be fought with nuclear weapons. During the cold war, there was MAD (Mutual Assured Destruction). The concept was that neither side would start a nuclear war because the outcome would be the end of civilization.
Today we face a much more difficult problem. There are so many 'little' countries with the Bomb who do not care about the result of using them. They feel like if they use them first that they would be safe. There is no safe place when nuclear weapons are involved. The winds will ensure that radioactive fallout will cover the planet.
So the answer to your question is there will be no winners only losers.

World War Three has already started and we're winning in case you did'nt hear.

What is WW3? Mostly it is a cyber war now being conducted between Russia/China axis and the Free West.

Chinese hackers are online right now trying to bust their way into the various state setups here in the Free West.

Russian spies are busy in a town near you, pouring poison into people's drinks in the bars.

Take care out there - it's vile what's going on. Forget the war on terror, that's just a side-show. The cyberwar is for real and much is at steak. But, like I already said, we're winning.

Israel will-- (with US assistance). Reports came in last week that Israel had started air strikes on Syria and that America had assisted (either with munitions or planes). When Bush was questioned about it (twice), both times he said he was not going to talk about it. Must be true! Of course, leave it to the US media to down play it. Just like they did when US air crafts were bombing Iraq before our invasion there, in an attempt to get Saddam to counterstrike. Remember the "Downing Street Memos"? Down played by US media. Shameful.

Bush could never get Congress to allow another preemptive war (like when we invaded Iraq). But they "might" and probably would, allow us to protect Israel if the need arose. We already know Syria & Iran are like 2 peas in a pod. Enter Russia & China and the US will be in a world of trouble. Also last week, it was reported that Russia & China are "spying on the US". They probably want to know what Bush has up his sleeve this time. More to come this week. Listen to CNN or MSNBC (Olbermann or Hardball). One of them will be picking up on it Monday. Olbermann doesn't miss a beat. He's usually right on. Should be interesting.

I think President Bush vs Middle east. This war had been predicted 100's of years ago. Its possible that the middle east will win. Plus the predictions made by this person have been correct so far up this this date.
