I agree, the prices of pro sports gear, hats, jerseys, jackets, etc. has gone out of sight. I can't afford them either, so I don't buy them. Maybe we should start a movement. We complain about high fuel prices, yet we are asked to pay these high prices for clothing.
You might find something cheaper at WalMart, K-Mart or other discount stores. I have seen discounted Tampa Bay Bucs gear at WalMart and they weren't knock-offs. That's another idea, look for knock-offs. I'm not sure they are even made. It seems the NFL, MLB and the rest of management have collared the knock-off people. They learned their tactics from Disney, who do not tolerate knock-offs.
I doubt you would find any discounts on E-Bay while the Colts are playing good. Maybe if they start losing game will the price go down.

Additional thoughts: Maybe someone is trying to rip you off, where-ever you're shopping. I just checked WalMart, in Brooksville, FL and they had Tampa Bay Bucs official NFL jerseys at $24.95. Shop around, there are bargins out there. There could be a difference in price with the weight of the cloth the jerseys are made from.

With the state the Titans are in suited now all they like is to work out their coach arise on degree and do what Fisher did. Yeah this is okay to make some jokes and have some laughs yet to placed on your opponents jersey and say "i had to sense like a winner" is as low as you may get. I quite have had my fill of Fisherball besides and this in basic terms pushes it over the best. So particular this is time for Fisher to kick rocks.
