Yes it's a hoax, you NEVER get anything for nothing, if it looks like a hoax, then best thing is is to treat it as one and delete it and NEVER answer it. There are a lot of these spoof lottery win e mails going about. I've had the same message to different e mail addys, each one saying that I have won the first prize, so that means at least 4 first prizes!!!!

No...it is a scam. Nobody, no place, is going to contact you that you have won millions of dollars via email.

Dump it, it is a scam....I got one too. Just delete it before your identity gets stolen and junk mail floods your computer.
