I'm not a doctor, but I have received penicillin orally.
The reason the others cant be taken orally is because they need to go in your blood stream to access your whole body. you can only inject them directly into your blood stream. They are inactivated or destroyed by the stomach acid or digestive enzymes in the intestine before they are absorbed. The potassium salt of penicillin is stable and effective when taken orally.

It all involes how the drugs are best absorbed by the body. Insulin is not effective orally because it is broken down too much in the digestion and absorption process. Also, as some of the other answers have said, morphine and penicillin come in multiple dosage and delivery forms (including oral) to provide for the needs of the particular patient. Thiopental is an IV medication due to its uses (anesthesia, seizures) needs to have a faster onset of action than can be provided in an oral medication.

Morphine and penicillin are available in oral forms. Morphine undergoes significant first-pass metabolism, so the oral dose must be somewhat higher than the parenteral dose, but it's still quite effective. Oral penicillin is used routinely, though the blood levels achievable aren't nearly so high as can be obtained with intravenous administration. Insulin is digested. I can't imagine why you'd want to try thiopental orally. Its short action makes it useful intravenously. Orally, other drugs in the class with longer action are available, though their use has declined remarkably over the years as "more specialized" drugs for any indication with better activity and side-effect profiles have become available.

Drugs Taken Orally

Insulin - you digest it, so not enough gets absorbed into the blood stream to be effective.

Morphine - is available as an oral preparation. It can also be given as an injection into the vein, muscle or under the skin, and can be injected into spinal fluid or the epidural space.

Penicillin - is available as an oral preparation.

Thiopental - Unreliable absorbtion. It can be administered rectally for pediatric sedation, but that has sketchy absorbtion too. Pentothal is an intravenous barbiturate with a rapid redistribution, which limits its duration of action. There are plenty of barbiturates that are designed to be taken orally, so there is no need to give thiopental by that route. The whole reason for using thiopental is to get a quick effect, and giving orally would negate that effect. (If I had someone seizing with no IV but with an NG tube would I try to give it orally? Yeah, but what are the chances of that?)

Hope that helps.

insulin CANNOT be taken orally, as it is (like the majority of other bacteria) is broken down in the stomach due to the high acid concentration - this is why diabetics inject themselves - that and injecting directly into the bloodstream gives a much quicker response.

morphine can be given orally, but in most cases is given intravenously due to that fact that when needed, it is needed quickly to prevent much more pain.

penicilin can also be taken orally, but have never heard of thiopental, so cannot help you there

Penicillin is available orally
Morphine is absorbed orally too
Thiopental though used for anesthesia in an IV form is a barbituate and can be absorbed orally.
