I have to cut this up cuz Ive exceeded Yahoos 1000 character limit (hope it still makes sense & someone can still help me):--Exposed to smoke (2nd hand cigs & incense) for a year/Sudden breathing problems (abnormal wheezing attacks from just climbing stairs or laughing)/Went to see a Dr who recomd surgery & he discovers a lump down the lining of my windpipes during the process. The Dr doesnt know the cause of the lump nor did he treat it so he recomd I see a lung doctor instead/Lung DR doesnt even know what I have & assumed I have allergies & puts me on inhalers, but my wheezing is getting worse each day. In detail, he claims that I have allergies which causes mucous buildup to drain down my windpipes & into my lungs, causing an inflammation, but I mean..how can that cause a lump? I know most of you are thinking: If some professionals can't figure out what you have what makes you think that other people will know? I just want to know if I'm the only one going through this kinda thing.

Get another opinion from a good respiratory doctor. Allergic asthma does not cause wheezing from climbing stairs or laughing. Wheezing follows exposure to something that you are allergic to. Did you do allergy testing? Allergies dont cause lumps. Much more serious things do. Run (dont walk) to get more testing which probably will include an MRI and a possible biopsy.
