What if God ''prayed'' to us a little bit like we pray to Him?
What if He said
''My most beloved cildren, please have mercy on yourself and become pure enough to be able to receive all the love I am sending towards you. Use that love to become flawless yourself and everything around you will also become flawless. Fill yourself with so much bliss taht you remain constantly away from any trace of sorrow. So much love I have for you that I am not only allowing you to do that but I am also requesting you same!''
Does that not sound like a prayer? If that would be God's prayer to us then the best way to worship God would be to put this request in a practical form, would it not?

Thats a good question there.
It seems obvious but this should nevertheless be stated.
'God accepts worship and prayers ONLY FROM people that are living in harmony with HIS will.'
To be living in accord with his will we must obviously first have to find out what that will is. DUH:-)
His will is clearly explained in the pages of the Bible.
So we need to investigate that to know for sure what he requires of us and what is acceptable conduct for his servants.
One of the things that Jehovah God absolutely hates is false worship.
False worship is when we follow teachings that are not found in the Bible.
Teachings such as , the trinity , hellfire and the immortal soul have pagan origins and is not Christian at all.
God considers this to be filth , like vomit from the mouths of demons , and rightly so as its source is from Satan's world of false religion.
So one of the first things that we must do is examine our beliefs , discard all of the filth , live a moral life (according to Gods standards) ..THEN , we may be in a position where God will listen to our prayers.

One that is sincere and from the heart! Remember that God searches the heart and it is the heart that is turned to Him that He answers. Why the heart? Because from the heart God determines our motives and why we do what we do. He can see our love for Him and others in our hearts. It is the heart that He convicts when we are guilty. This is so that we may repent and turn from our wickedness. All true and pure worship and prayer is done with the heart! May the Lord bless you!

It might work differently to each person. Some like to pray in silence, others feel better in a church. I know people that find connection with God by lighting candles.
What works for me is pray in a conversation form. I "talk" to God. I ask for forgiveness, I thank Him and I ask wisdom, understanding, strength. I might be more direct on my request sometimes, but I always say "if I deserve".
Concerning worshiping, the best way I find to worship God is being respectful to His name, to tell my children about His influence in my life, and being a good example of mother and person.

Adopt attitude of gratitude. This is the best and result oriented form of prayer to the Lord.

Perform mental japa(mental recitation of mantra). This is the best way. The more you remember the sound quietly, silently, without moving the tongue, even without using breath, the more the sounds vibrate and transform the whole personality. Only a few sounds are meant to be coordinated with breath. The sounds are like seeds which contain all the potentials to become manifest.
