what happens when we dont eat? will we faint?

what i mean is when we nrv eat 4 the whole day...including dinner..will we faint or something?

ive nto eaten for 2 days cos of my stupid *** teacher but i had anorexia a few month ago now and went into recovery but i fainted quite a lot and vomited too cos of low blood sugar
