errmm i guess it really depends on how much you're willing to spend, and how mature these girls are
but ask your daughter what a shed like to have as a party favor and get that, unless you don't have a daughter.. then just ask yourself but you might be a little too young to have a yahoo account =]

Getting flip flops and a bunch of asst ribbons for them to tie around the flip flops and make their own pair is a very popular favor and craft all in one. So is making your own scented bath products.

Let them do a craft - decorate a jewelry box or a diary. They could even decorate pens with jewels or bead some necklaces.

hair accessories, notepads/journals, books, play makeup, costume jewelry. If you are only having 3 girls and want to spend a bit more on each one, you could always give them their own craft kits such as bead kits, etc...
