Assuming you're diabetic and being drawn to danger means your blood sugars are not under control, I don't know. Want to post more so we know the situation, or just get healthy again? Whatever it is, you're not alone and you CAN get through it.

my dad is 45 and he does not manage his diabetes. he has had it for years apparently but they only just found it this year.

I try to look after him and stop him eating the wrong things - its hard and i fear he will die soon. nothing sinks into him he fools himself into believing if he died we wouldnt miss him.

But he doesnt know I have been up all night cryig and researching all I can to help him starting when he wakes up.

If you have kids think of them. This will affect me for the rest of my life if my dad doesnt kick his **** into gear and save his life for his daughter.
