If I'm sitting for let's say three Hours (Just hypothetical) and during that time my Heart Rate increases or decreases (Not by much), rather than staying one normal pace throughout those 3 Hours, is it normal for a Heartbeat to do that? Or should it be at a flat rate throughout that time.
(On a side note I am playing an action game on the PS3, which could account for the change. But if I wasn't playing on the PS3, if I was just sitting in front of my Computer chatting on MSN or something, would that be normal?)

Yes... The fact is your never really doing nothing. At any given moment you are thinking about things, digesting food, you name it you body may be doing things and your not thinking about it... not to mention temp changes that are beyond your control could influence your heart rate.
Even if your asleep your heart rate can change... consider your heart rate when you wake up from a restful sleep compared to when you awake from a horrible nightmare. In both instances you were doing the same thing body wise... just laying there. Things beyond movement can impact your heart rate.

I just had an internal scan done at a week ago, and the doctor assured me that you won't typically hear the heartbeat that early. The heart is still very small and hard to pick up on the doppler system. I've never heard of the doctor being wrong when dating a pregnancy. (This is not the due date, but how long you've been pregnant.) During pregnancy, it's possible to have a lightest-brown dicharge. Some women have it the entire pregnancy, while others never experience it. The same with implantation bleeding. I did not have that, but I am experiencing the discharge. I was assured by the doctor that either case is very normal, and nothing to worry about. Just don't stress yourself at this point, because stress is very bad for you and the baby. Mostly, trust your doctor and relax.

I am going to assume that you are a young person since your playing some games here. A heart rate can change with excitement or from smoking, drinking or from food. Taking in too much caffiene can cause the heart to speed up or skip a beat or two. Thats also not to say that you might have an irregular heart, so get it checked out if it continues.

Heart rate and blood pressure can change every beat. The heart rate changes during stress.

its understandable if your playing a game you react to whats going on so its normal that your heart rate is different, but I dont know about you but sitting at my pc chatting away isnt all that exciting inless you just got the greatest news ever from a friend so i dont think its normal that your heart rate is different.

Even if you are chatting, your heart beat could go up or down depending on your emotions running through your mind.
Heart beat doesn't always remain same but remains in 'normal limits'

I am not quite sure about that.... (hmm) have you recently had a check-up at the doctor's? Well you shall go to the doctor to see if that is a normal heartbeat.
do you have diabetes? do you smoke? do you have a heart disease?

i dont think it's normal, i'm no doctor but it could have something to do with anxiety or maybe your allergic to something. i know someone who is allergic to chocholate, everytime he eats it his heart goes on a rampage and it gets hard to breath. it could be something really seriouse though. i would get it checked out.
