I just found out my wife cheated on me a few weeks ago and I'm afraid my 4 month old could get something if she got an STD from the Guy. Should I be worried?

not about the baby at this point, but if your wife did indeed contract something that requires treatment, she will likely have to stop nursing because antibiotics do indeed cross over into the breast milk. You should insist that she be seen and tested for std.

AIDS can. I know because there is an episode of ER where someone is explaining that mothers with AIDS should not breastfeed, unless they live in places where there is no clean water, in which case they should feed, because if they use formula, the baby will die from something (cholera?) in the water.

Other than AIDS and herpes, most STDs are curable with antibiotics, so this should not really be a big enough concern to be disclosing adultery on Yahoo for the world to see.

Hep B would be the only one that could pass - but considering that babies start their vaccination of that before they leave the hospital and almost all adults are already vaccinated against it - it should not be an issue
