Brussel Griffon mix (was going to say purebred, until I saw the curled tail. Perhaps some Pug?)

I'd guess Affenpinscher or Affenpinscher mix. They have wire coats and a similar tail.
The dog certainly doesn't look the Affens you see at dog shows, but check out these pictures of rescues (most of them poorly bred) and you might see more of a similarity: http://www.affenrescue.org/available.htm

It appears to be some type of pinscher mix breed. Maybe with a type of border breed (iffy).
