I love the Indian Tandori Panner and Nan

My fav is Vegetable fried rice with Paneer mutter/Prawn curry(served with yogurt salad and poppadums)

Mildly curried rice. Yum.
My problem is finding the 'right' curry powder blend to match the one sent to by a former Rajah to his friend, the old chap who we rented a farm house from (in Canada) in the 1950's.

I also liked green tomato chutney, but Mom only made it once that I recall, and I didn't get the recipe.

Halva made from almonds is nice, but I don't know If that's exactly Asian. More Middle Eastern.

Vietnamese: Pho, Spring Rolls, BBQ pork with noodles, Hot Pot, Sandwiches, Lemon Grass Chicken, Salad, Dessert, etc.

Tandoori and cheese nan! Dim sum 2! And Nasi Lemak, sushi and sashimi. Tempura Bento. Tepanyaki.

I am into Vietnamese and Korean at the moment. Love the lightness of the dishes as well as the merinades for the grilled meats.

Bibimbap (Korean), Kimbap (Korean) Bulgogi (Korean) Kimchee & Rice and Keem (All Korean), I also love chicken teriyaki, anything Japanese including Sushi, sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls of course!!
