I'm 27yrs old and have never kept track of my daily eating in terms of health and nutrients. I think now is as good a time as any to begin eating healthier. Any suggestions?

Are there any good links to follow for further reading?

Thanks in advance, : )

Not trying to give a plug for the Biggest Loser but they have alot of great ideas on how to eat healthy. What I do is eat low-fat foods. whole grain foods like whole grain bread, baked potatoes with the skin on. brown rice, low-fat popcorn, low-fat snacks, and lean meat, like turkey, chicken and fish. At the grocery stores they have all kinds of healthy low- fat and quick things to eat. So, there is never an excuse to say I don't have time to prepare healthy meals. You also can do a web search on healthy recipes and the web is a great place to look. good luck.
