Buy a 1/2 lb of Hard salami from the deli - buy 2 things of cream cheese. Put a teaspoon full (or whatever) of cream cheese in center of salami and roll it up - serve cold. Second - fruit cut up with toothpicks inserted always works well. Its light, fresh, healthy, and no utensils needed.

that's large difficulty-free, tastes large, and looks rather proper! Its additionally a large make-forward. ( in fact it works terrific if made an afternoon forward) you will need some sliced ham-skinny yet no longer paper skinny, a jar of pickled asparagus or pickled eco-friendly beans, and a few gentle spreadable cream cheese. unfold some cream cheese on each and each slice of ham incredibly much to the side. Lay an asparagus spear or bean on good of the cream cheese ( if needed trim and upload some greater, you like the asparagus or bean to make greater effective perfect to the sides) Roll the ham up effective and tight, like a jelly roll, wrap in foil or plastic wrap, and refrigerate in one day. merely in the past the party slice into pinwheels approximately 3/4 inch thick and organize on a effective platter, decrease area up. once you're reducing the rolls up you will would desire to trim slightly off the sides or they gained't seem somewhat as effective. ( I continuously consume the little scraps- they nonetheless style stable!)

you could do a sandwich buffet: Slice tomato, avocado, onion, lettuce, etc. and have a few different types of bread, sliced in half slices, and a few different meats and cheeses, like turkey and Swiss, etc. Not very expensive, and a good way to feed a group :)

Fruit pieces. You don't even have to pay for a fattening dip, because fruit tends to be so yummy. Apples cost next to nothing.
